Clubs in District 1210 are grouped in geographical areas which we call Zones, The drop down menu shows you the Clubs, where and when they meet, and their websites (if any), listed by Zone.
You will find a sub-menu item from the main menu which opens a Google map page showing the clubs location. if you open it in a full screen, you should be able to get a route from Google.
